The multiplayer part (2 players on calc) is easy.
What gave me more work was the single player mode (player vs calc/cpu ai).

How the ai work:

1 - Player turn...
2 - After, calc check if player won. If no, is the cpu turn
3 - CPU - Check if can win
If no, check if opponent can win on the next turn
If no, put the 'O' in the best place.
4 - Calc check if cpu/calc won. If no, is the player turn again.

Certainly my code needs to be a bit optimized (it is very much based on if statements). Anyway, I will try to create the 3pin multiplayer mod and then i release the source in next update.

Cool game, well made.
I ever wanted to make this easy game, but I had no time to do so.
How complicated is the main program (the multiplayer part)?
You could share it as OpenSource to let others learn from it, because TicTacToe is easy to understand, I think.

Btw, next step: 3pin multiplayer!
