Help putting programs on my pc, and vice versa

I have a CD that came with my calculator, but the software isnt compatible with my 64bit windows 7 computer, anybody know where i can get FA-124 to work with my pc.. i really need to back up my programs. thanks

edit: i have a CASIO 9860G AU PLUS
