It looks as if you saved the hmk-file with coding UTF-8. The Coding must be ANSI. HMAKE obviously gets confused with the UTF-8 BOM.

Sadly, it doesn't work :(
Can I use the microSDK to compile in the same way.

The microSDK uses the same tools (CASIO/Hitachi SDK).
Perhaps you should attach the hmk-file, which does not work, to your next post.

Just a note: The microSDK is dead and I'm only using it for research purposes.
