Eact Maker is Down

Not much more to say than that, The Eact maker at http://wiki.planet-casio.com/tools/EactMaker/index.php is down and it seems to be a serverside issue.
Is this a already known issue, something planned or simply a error?
On that subject are there any plans to release a non browser based version?
