Apparently, the os 2.01 is available for the fx9860 slim models at casio-schulrechner downloads page.

If it works, Slim users can officially enjoy the latest version of the os.

This site (casio-schulrechner) is also official.
The latest version available for the slim at edu.casio.com is 1.XX. According to omnimaga, the os 2.00 for slim had been released on Casio server and then removed... And was never released any os 2.01 for slim.
