So, finally, I got a prizm (Yeah!) and tried your program.
It looks really good, but I have a sugestion:
Why don't you make it for 3d glasses (e. g. Red + cyan glasses) and not only for cross-eye? It would be even better!

I, personally, do not see myself reaching for glasses when program presents me with 3d image. I would (and do) cross my eyes without moment hesitation.
Besides, casio basic developers (in their infinite wisdom) only allow you to choose for 8 colors. I can bet that standard red and standard blue/cyan would not look good through standard glasses.

I have glasses, but I have to search them first :)
I'll try this out and tell you then.

Ok, I finally found them. The cyan is perfect, but I don't know whether red or magenta is better.

Anyways, it would be possible to see it through glasses.

It is not so much about "see the color", as it is about "not see the other eye color" in my experience.
In any case, so far this is a technology in search of meaningful application.
