Disable USB and Serial ports
Hi,
I would like to permanently, irreversibly disable both the USB and 3-pin serial ports in my FX9860GII (USB Powergraphic).
- Are there syscalls which will achieve this? What are they?
- Is there a hardware way of doing this?
Thanks!

There are no syscalls for that.chaks wrote:I would like to permanently, irreversibly disable both the USB and 3-pin serial ports in my FX9860GII (USB Powergraphic).

According to the hardware...if you want to disable a connector ("permanently, irreversibly"), a drop of superglue would spoil any connector (though the thought of doing such thing hurts). Please do not do that!
I'll be back!
