Casio FX-9700GE Transfer Data PC-CALC and CALC PC

Hello, I have this calculator and I can download the data to my computer via Fa-121 (Casio File Manager) but unfortunately I cannot upload the data back. A BAD RESPONSE or COMUNICATION TIME OUT message appears. Anyone have an idea?
