F! and F2 under Name file to copy on a Casio fx9860 SD

What do the characters shown as F1 and F2 on the input a name to a file being copied to the SD card from Main. They are an apostrophe and a tilde. I use my 9860 GII for programming Surveying software and would hope to discover an answer to this question.
