C Manual for SDK?

Is there a C reference manual for the SDK compiler? It seems like many standard C functions are not implemented and I'd like a definitive reference.

There are some PDF files edited by CASIO about the SDK, you should be able to find them in the SDK folder (I don't remember the exact folder).
