Getting french Graph 35+E image

So some people wanted to backup their Graph 35+E (fx-9750GII adapted to stupid french law) OS 2.09 image or gathering it for further analysis, and I created this topic to try some ideas.

If I understood well, the situation is the following :
- the protocol 7.00 function that allowed to copy OS image was removed ;
- add-ins cannot be run on this OS ;
- we have nothing to read flash memory directly.

So what's left to gather OS image ?
- try to find a fault in like Basic interpretation or stuff that allows to run arbitrary code ;
- use OSUpdate for this.

So about OS Update, I wanted to know if I understood well the situation : the updating kernel was gathered from Casio and can be adapted to flash anything on the ROM but that's all, we haven't got any access to some source or nobody has ever made something functional enough to run with OS Update and send back OS image ? (based on this)

Do we know if uploaded kernels have to fullfill some conditions (apart from "not depending on syscalls" (obviously) and "has to restart") ?
