Would it be possible for someone to either create an app for the Casio Fx-CG20 which only displays this screen or help me find a video which guides me through creating apps for the calculator?

It's possible but quite unnecessarily - main memory reset does not erase much - faking it will only draw attention of cheaters and teachers for no good reason and with bad consequences
