SH3 vs SH4

Hi,
I am new to the topic.
I have fx-9860GII calculator and I have red there are two possibilites SH3 and SH4 regarding processor.
I have downloaded from casio the SDK85. Is it only fits for SH3?
I have tested with 'Run' game and on SH3 machine it works fine but on SH4 I should convert the G1A file online..
